The trip was good but the bus need to at least give 3 bathroom breaks for people, we had elderly people with Diabetes & kids that peed in themselves because the bus only stops after 4/5 hours after departing. It only gives 2 bathroom breaks, not everyone can afford buses that have toilets in them so if the bus doesn’t have a toilet, at least adjust bathroom breaks.

Their busses are not in a good condition to be on the road. Someone's bag fell out of the bus while we were approaching uMzimvubu bridge and it broke into pieces.

I had a very disappointing experience with this bus service. The journey was unprofessional, with unnecessary stops, including in the middle of the road, which made the trip take much longer than expected. The bus even took a longer route instead of the direct one. To make matters worse, the bus did not go all the way to Mount Frere as indicated, and we were forced to take a taxi to reach our final destination. Overall, I found the service unreliable and inconvenient, and I would not recommend it to others.
