First of all I didn't even get to travel as this bus didn't stop at shell garage in kimberley, only stopped at the information center

Very terrible service by the driver, terrible smell from the toilet, dirty bus, we traveled from Kimberly to Klerksdorp without going to the loo as we were instructed to use the terrible smelling bathroom in the bus, m Very heart broken. The smell was terrible that we could not even eat nor talk 2 min without holding the breath. Talked to driver and assistant but they were so rude even when we were dropped we were told that we can waste our time by complaining...This is beyond being hurt because even the whatsapp chart is useless and non-responsive.

The bus are very uncomfortable and small. They can be made to have a bigger space. The punctuality is disturbing the bus was a whole hour late, and there was no communication. When you call their customer care no response.
How ever you can see it's a company problem.
The drivers are excellent, I arrived safe and slept through out.
Oh and hygiene could be done better the bus is very dirty.

I had a very bad experience on the bus I took, the driver was very rude. I had a luggage of 2 boxes and a bicycle. I did not know that the maximum luggage allowed is 25kg. He asked for R600 bribe for him to let my luggage on the bus and when I told him I do not have the money, he left my luggage at the bus stop. I understand the 25kg rule but he never told me about it, I only read about it after I got to my destination and 1 box was less than the 25kg which meant it could have been put on board.
