The experience was bad. The bus was stuck somewhere in Upington. There was no communication that the bus will be delayed nor was there an alternative bus to continue with the trip. The bus ended up no not coming at all. Essentially, people were left stranded at the bus stop with no communication and alternative plans. Very bad service and poor customer service.
