I enjoyed the comfort and the space the bus offered. I didn't like walking in the rain at the border from Botswana side to South African side. I think the driver and coordinator could have made an exception to take us to the South Africa side due to the weather.

Experienced Terrible Service as our bus that was scheduled to arrive in Johannesburg at around 1pm broke down just 30 minutes into the trip . Only to get a replacement bus after 5 hours of waiting and almost missing our flight. We were not allowed an option to cancell our trip because we couldn't get our refunds after such an inconvenience. The management of this bus is terrible, decision making in case of incidents needs to improve and first of all they knew exactly that their bus was not roadworthy for the trip
