The trip that i took today on the 4th of May 2025 from Bronkhorstspruit to Nelspruit at 3:30pm was firstly 30 minutes late, furthermore the driver was rude and he didn’t announce the 15 minutes stop so a lot of people where unaware as we are used to the 15 minute stop being in Middelburg yet he stopped at Witbank. When people proceeded to leave the bus in middelburg at the usual pit stop he was rude about it and stated that they are leaving at their own risk then proceeds to continue driving while the guy was chasing after the bus as he had already left when all of the “leaving at your own risk “ was mentioned and he didn’t want to stop until the passengers were shouting. I believe he could’ve handled the situation differently and in an ethical manner .
