Unfortunately, I paid business class for the entire trip and don’t understand why I needed to take 3 different transportations two of which where coach classes. It was my first time using Amtrak, there is a lack on providing good directions 🗺️/ information ℹ️ or where to go or wait for the Amtrak. I have a small box of chips and water during the entire 5.45 pm trip
