Iryo has received positive feedback for its clean, modern trains that are consistently on time. Passengers appreciate the comfortable seating, smooth rides, and reliable WiFi. The helpful staff at Iryo's Chamartin office have been praised for their assistance to English-speaking travelers. Overall, customers find excellent value in their travel experience with Iryo.

Tickets purchased in Australia and no need to redeem them for Spanish tickets. Arrival/Departure information displays boards easy to navigate, carriages clearly marked and seat allocations easy to follow. The carriage was very clean and welcoming, more than enough leg room but unfortunately our seats weren't next to a window so l missed out on viewing the countryside.

The train was on time. I was happy with the WiFi on board as well. They announced on arrival at Valencia that those who needed Cercanias connections could do so at no extra cost, which was exciting although I didn't benefit personally. I wish they extended the same to metro services as well. Overall, excellent 👌
