Bus from San Antonio, US to Houston, US: Tickets & Schedules

Bus was over an hour late, assigned seating was not enforced and the bus was filthy.

I didn't feel safe traveling alone . The station is not located in a safe area.

The person next to me was taking moving into my space for the first hour of the trip.

Bus arrived over an hour and 30mins late. The bus driver was unpleasant and talked a lot during the trip

No one helped with cases no one given us any ID number to secure the hold luggages seat was loose an dilapidated wc was dirty and dark no seat allocation!

Not good I was very late because the bus was 20 mins late and I missed my flight

It never arrived and there was no notice that the bus would be late until two and a half hours after it was supposed to arrive. Everyone there had to make other arrangements. Money needs to be refunded

Best bus transportation I’ve taken since being in Texas. I definitely will be riding with Red Coach moving forward.

It was difficult finding the bus station in San Antonio, some others I met at the eventual bus terminal were not sure if it was going to be the take off point.

It's too bad to write out. It will make me feel depressed to relieve the memory.

Turimex staff lied to me stating the bus was going to be 30 minutes late and I almost missed the bus because I was sitting in the car and before the bus was loaded I walked into the station and the driver told me to hurry or I may miss my bus.

After buying a ticket for 3:20pm the bus's actual departure time was 6pm and I was denied a $37 reimbursement ! U will think at that price from San Antonio to Houston,u would get a premium service! I wish I could unstar this agency. Worst station ever !!
