The only thing that I didn't enjoy was using the bathroom otherwise the trip was nice. The bus pickup location needs to be man by a security or a Flix person to let passengers know that they are in the correct place or something sign pointing out that's it the location

The Office staff was very rude all I did was ask questions such as my nus arrival schedule and the lady at the front desk was really rude.
