Another bad experince i was not granted my 25 % of my ticket that was granted to me from my last dissastify trip this time again the bus pulled of 2hrs late departing from mobile also arrived on houston 21/2 hours later from arrival they also again didnt grant me my 25% off my ticket had to pay $20 more for luggage i 'm tired of not being compensated for my poor service of traveling 2 officicial trips in a row traveling december 10 and now January 11th what is gunna be done about it

next time I rather liked to pick up the ticket at bus station than printing it, because I don't have printing ticket so they charged me $14 more. I was upset about this
