The bus was 3 hours late. I was suppose to arrive in Cleveland at 7:40am and I didn't arrive until 4:20pm. Instead of 1 layover I had 3. But we did receive free meals for the inconvenience.

No directions to which gate at Indianapolis. No seat numbers, people are occupying 2 seats for luggage. No heating in the bus.
