Bus Tickets from Houston, US to Monterrey, MX

Our bus left us behind for 3 hours. We were told is was already full. If it was full why would they still give other people tickets to it. Then we switched buses 2 more times which took even longer

The ticket did not have the address to go to and we tried calling but nobody ever answered and we didn't know where to go.

The worst ever. The stations themselves are super gross and obviously unattended. Smelling like pee and dirty all around.

On internet, Turimex mentions that they offer Wifi and electrical connection on each seat for electronic devices, actually it was an old bus with no Wifi and no electrical power, it wasn't clean. Considering that it was a 12 hours trip and I was supposed to work on my laptop, it was the worst experience in my life in a bus

Bus was dirty, there was no entertainment or ability to charge electronics. Made four stops for breaks and bathrooms but made us 30 minutes late to arrival.

I was told to get on the wrong bus then was told to move to another bus, then the new bus I moved to smelled old, did not have a way to charge my cell phone! No way to contact my ride the bus was arriving late!!! Very dissatisfied because had to move! Front desk people are rude and arrogant and act like the own the bus service!!!

My trip was cancelled
