Bus Tickets from Córdoba, AR to Mendoza, AR

I enjoyed the spacious seating and overhead bins. I wish the air conditioning could be turned off because it was very cold at night. The speaker for the TV was very loud and played until 1:45am. I think these things could be made better by having a button or nozzle to turn off the air and having a lower volume on the TV for overnight rides. Also, having an announcement on the TV for when passengers need to get off would be helpful, especially for overnight trips where people may fall asleep. For example, my trip was from Cordoba to Mendoza and there was a stop at San Luis in the middle. Some of the passengers were confused or unaware of the purpose for the stop so an announcement with text on the screen would be helpful.

unfortunately the bus was at a temperature of 28degrees, it meant me and my friends all struggled to sleep

The bus was quite old and dirty but the Cama seats were comfortable on the lower deck.The AC was loud and at times freezing cold fortunately we were prepared for this.The video sound control above our seats did not work but we managed to change seats to escape the noise.Overall our experience was much the same as other buses we have used in South America but we arrived at our destination safely and would probably travel with Cata again

The trip was fine. The server was polite as was the bus driver. The dinner served as just ok but not great. No wine was served which was surprising as we had it on another bus trip last week. The bus was older and the seats were not comfortable for sleeping. No pillow or blanket was provided.

I have been travelling the last 3 month all over South America and this is the worst trip of all. 13 hours, toilet were blocked, water was dripping from the ceiling and the worst is when I collect my bag the whole bag was soaking. All my clothes, everything inside and to be honest I don't want to know how it got wet , because it doesn't smell too good.

Perhaps, for the English speaking passengers, to be given allocated time when pulling into a stop at a bus station between destination so they can grab a snack, beverage or use restroom. And a better notification on time arrival. My bus arrived an hour and a half later than posted and I needed to contact my hotel as it was 10 pm.

Standard service offering, nothing special. Staff indifferent and unfriendly. Toilet on board was disgusting and the odour was overwhelming for last 4 hours of the trip.

The bus conductor we had was the nicest I’ve ever had on a bus before :). Only grudge was the ticket included a snack which we never saw.

The bus was clean and comfortable, the bus was half an hour late but there were no unnecessary stops. The only thing that was terrible was a stupid movie and loud music that the drivers put on until eleven at night (after two hours of this unnecessary noise) I couldn't take it anymore and told them to turn it off. God help me, who puts loud music and a movie on a ten-hour night bus?! There were about ten people on the bus and they were all just trying to sleep and suffering from it... Please make sure that it will no longer be on overnight trips or that at least they will announce it beforehand and ask the passengers if they are interested in it. thanks.

There was an unofficial bag handler present. It was a random local person. He accused me of having a bag over the allowed weight limit and tried charging me for an additional ticket. I refused this. We gave the driver what pesos we had available. The toilet facilities weren’t stocked. And rainwater leaked onto the floor where we were sitting on the top deck.

Excellent trip, very comfortable seats good facilities and good drivers. Highly recommend.

Good seats, good temperature, good lights out time, good service... Literally everything I could have wanted

It was disappointing to find the Cama Ejecutivo was only 160* for a night bus that travel 9+ hours. Also it does not indicate which Cama Ejecutivo was on the bus at the time the ticket is booked. Temperature was also not well regulated during the night drive. Either too cold or too hot at times. For the price a blanket & pillow could be provide

Quality of bus was good, they have sweet coffee, hot and cold water for preparing drinks. The USB charger works in some of the buses. The buses are alright.

Driver smoked a few times and we could smell it. The windows and items were dirty.

The bus never came. I had to take another bus. Then the bus had an issue, had to wait for another bus. We arrived 3h30 late. I want a refund for this trip

No service; for Water which is in summer time important. Breakfast very pure!!!!

The bus seats were big and comfy but there was no food given for a 12hr bus ride. We have been on another long bus journey and we got given food then so we werr surprised and very hungry when there was no food. Also the toilet had no toilet paper which was pretty gross.
