The bus left on time & arrived at the destination 30 minutes early which was great. The staff were really helpful and spoke some english which helped when we were crossing the boarder. The bus itself was comfortable and we appreciated the lunch & water provided.

Service from all staff start to finish. Comfort of the bus was excellent. The strong wifi connection a bonus. A delightful experience and would highly recommend Tecni Austral for this journey and others.

Bus was comfortable for the most part and not overly crowded. It got extremely hot a few times and the windows built up so much condensation due to no air circulation it was ridiculous. Some lady complained and they finally got the air turned on

The bus was very comfortable, and it was easy to sleep. We had an hour delay at the Argentina immigration terminal, and we ended up getting to Punta Arenas an hour late. I don’t know what the issue was
