Bus-Sur was great, the drivers were very professional and polite. We were also served a bottle of water and 2 croissants. The seats were comfortable, wifi throughout the trip.

Bus was comfortable for the most part and not overly crowded. It got extremely hot a few times and the windows built up so much condensation due to no air circulation it was ridiculous. Some lady complained and they finally got the air turned on

The bus was very comfortable, and it was easy to sleep. We had an hour delay at the Argentina immigration terminal, and we ended up getting to Punta Arenas an hour late. I don’t know what the issue was
