Bus ride itself was comfortable, with no issues. The problems occured at the stations, where staff did not speak English whatsoever. Wrong info were printed on the ticket (either the seats were wrong/changed, or the personal info, such as nationality were incorrect. Given the cross-border ride, this was not something to neglect.).
