Journey was smooth - so much so that they confidently served us hot beverages during the trip. Free wifi and USB charging points at each seat. Legroom and seats were more comfortable than airplane seats, so the trip provided much better rest than flights from town to town. The only downside was the bus heater was a very strong, so we had to take off and put on layers whenever we boarded and disembarked from the bus. Would take again if the opportunity arises!

I paid for wifi within the first 10 minutes and it worked for 5 minutes and then turned off. I asked the bus attendant and he said maybe it will come back soon. It never did. Very frustrating. The toilet also did not flush. It was also unclear that we had to check in at the counter in person before entering the bus which made a stressful situation when we were last and could not enter until we went inside to the desk, waited in line, and then could enter the bus even though we had our tickets
