Bus Tickets from Calgary International Airport (YYC) to Red Deer

A very positive experience riding FlixBus offering one of the best pick up location near Crowfoot LRT in the northwest. Bus on time with efficient check in and friendly driver. Smooth ride all the way to Red Deer.

The trip was great, the only problem was that it was very cold in there and I was freezing all the way to Red Deer.

It was late when i booked it for the airport and i missed my flight because of that

Very poor communication between dispatchers and Uber driver Had no idea the bus wasn't coming to airport When the Uber driver arrived at the mall he had no idea where to let us off, again I had to call the dispatcher The bus was driver from the mall to red deer was not very accomodating, had to lift my heavy bag into the bus myself ( I am a 77 year old lady) and it was the same when we arrived in red deer, no assistance!! Very poor customer service

I think for the cost the seat that I sat in had a broken table which always flopped down. I think that can be fixed and should be as I think the bus should be in good repair. The bus arrived a half an hour late and I called the office to ensure that we were at the right place and the bus was coming but was sent to a voicemail. Left a message and an hour later they called back. By then the bus had arrived and we were able to catch it to Red deer.

We were picked up from downtown calgary and dumped to wait for another bus in the open at crossiron mills for over 30 mins in a snowstorm. All calls did not help and the new driver had no apologies for delaying us. We got to our destination ( red deer) an hour after schedule and missed our connections.

Courteous staff, very comfortable seats and although the traffic was stalled on Hwy 2, the driver drove safely all the way and we were only a few minutes late arriving in Red Deer.

The drive was very good and right on time, the seats were slightly smaller then expected, baggage was very good

The trip to Red Deer was great. Very comfortable. Unfortunately the bus was about 1/2 hour late picking us up on a not such a pleasant day.

The bus was very clean and comfortable. the driver was very polite and welcoming

Bus arrival at and departure from the designated station was timely. The bus was clean and the Wifi worked efficiently. The driver was courteous and announcement was very clear and easy to understand.

My trip from Calgary to Red Deer was great. Bus left and arrived on time. The driver was healthy and friendly. I will use them again.
