Bus Tickets from Calgary International Airport to Edmonton

Bus arrived an hour later than posted time. No traffic or weather. Just inaccurate listing.

Nice and timely that was number one thing I loved about it There was NO wifi on the bus as it says that there WAS And power for devices THERE WAS NONE But on the better side of things bus was clean and blood like it was in good shape

I didn’t like that the bus was 20 minutes late, or that the drivers didn’t load or offer to load the bags, and most importantly, the bus drivers did not take us to our stop. The drivers said that Southgate was the last stop before driving to the stop we booked online and was on our ticket! So we had to re-arrange our way home when we had planned to be dropped off at the stop we booked. Very dissatisfied with this. Oh, and the bathroom was broken.

Well driver really didn't help me with bringing up the QR code didn't help I had to ask other passengers for help. Also didn't really get a a quick stop to grab a drink or a snack thought that was not happening. I gave a 5star still because other than that is was feasible and driver did drive well

My original bus was delayed by three hours, and then when I was switched to another time, the boarding pass would not scan even though it had the correct date time Bus number and all other information

My experience was positive. First time user. I liked the cleanliness of the bus, the kind informative driver, the accessibility & cleanliness of the bathroom.

The driver was a very pleasant man. The seats were comfortable. Unfortunately the coffee machine was not working.

Good. Apart from arriving fro Calgary 25 min late @1955 from Edmonton. Office was closed. My ride was gone

The bus was very clean and comfortable; however, I found the reflections caused by the tinted windows very disconcerting. It may have been the result of the overcast day which may have been worse but not completely. The only way to eliminate it was by turning your head 90 degrees to look straight out which was very uncomfortable. I get motion sickness if I read in a moving vehicle so window gazing is very important to me. I was in the small bus.

It was great and I liked everything about it. Clean buses, comfortable ride and I was able to relax on my trip.

The service was bad and the driver was rude and racist , and he try to leave us on the 5 min break

I like how the bus driver specificity what was tolerated and vice versa. I also like how we stopped for breaks

It was simple and easy.
