i will absolutely never ride greyhound again unless i get some sort of refund for this trip. My bus was 3 hours late with no explanation which caused my to miss my connecting bus. In order to not miss my train from new york to LA i had to buy a last-minute train ticket from boston new york because there were no greyhound reps at the south boston station when I got in, and there were no busses running that would get me there on time.
