The bus departed at 1:55pm instead of 11:20pm and delayed to Boston until almost 8pm. No one explained well the reason for the delay, the time how long to wait, we had to sit on the ground at the direct sun for 2.5 hours waiting for the bus to arrive. Later on the stuff in the bus did not seem polite enough, being demanding on the passengers not themselves. I would demand reimbursement of at least half price for such service... Please respond if you find it would be correct to return half price of my ticket. Best regards
