Bus Tickets from Austin, TX, US to Dallas, TX

The window shade didn’t stay down, and the seat numbering was difficult to understand on the signage above the seats.

They were two hours late and didn’t even tell us that they were going to be two hours late until we were already waiting for 30 minutes at the bus stop.

Service was timely. There was no wifi on board, it was a bit annoying. Overall good

The service was late by 33 mins No one was in their assigned seat, and attempting to get a front seat was a waste of time. The ride wasn't a RedCoach bus, so that may have been why.

Was picked up half an hour late after the bus left my stop 15 minutes early and had to come back after I called customer service. Drove in circles for an hour and ended up arriving 2 hours behind schedule. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

Bus was 30 minutes late. I would suggest that the app notify when tge bus is running more than 10 minutes late. Seats were cramped. I am 5'2" and my knees were hitting the back of the seat in front of me. Driver was safe and effective. We arrived in 3 hours!

Awful. Was delayed 1 whole hour. The notification I got said it’d only be delayed 14 mins.

A/C was out. The smell was so bad. People were talking on the phone on speaker the whole ride. Just an uncomfortable experience

The bus was very dirty. Nothing was implemented by the staff as far as Hygiene measures. Barely no one on the bus was wearing a mask. The girl sitting on the seats across from me kept coughing on me and the guy that was sitting next to me. I also kept getting harassed by the guy sitting behind me. He kept insisting on me having his phone charged for him. He kept making loud phone calls with excessive foul language and listening to videos in high volume.

Bus should start at 10:50 PM and I reached bus station by 10:46 and by the time I reach the bus left

Horrible first time experience bus kept getting delayed for several hours I had to take an alternative transport

There was a problem with the right rear tires, the whole trip it shook and made noises

Bus was late by 1hr 10 minutes. Tried to reach customer care, but it never connected. And, even when I opted for English language automated voice still continued in Espania. And, the driver also cannot speak English. So, it had become very hard for us to communicate with him.

The bus showed up 2 hours late with no warning or communication from the company
