Thr first Lady bus driver was awesome. I like to recommend when we stop in a small town, and people are allowed to get off for quick break, tell her to give exact time so she and all of us are not waiting for someone. She told us all "quick." She should emphasize exact time and express what happens if someone is late. Chances are most people will be back right away when they know the bus will leave if someone is late to stick to strict time schedule. I believe she did leave someone behind. But, if she would have communicated that better, I believe they would have arrived on time.
