The bus was scheduled to leave Vail at 3:55 PM. The bus left at 3:47 PM. When going to the transportation center it was documented that the bus left at 3:57 PM. At that time it was 3:50. I was at the bus station I could not tell the bus is loading. I never saw a bus driver. it was a very negative experience. And I was stuck and had to find another means of transportation. I already had bought a bus ticket.
