Literally the worst bus line I've ever travelled on. There is no set schedule for the bus arrival/departure, the bus itself is not comfortable, the bus drivers take too many breaks (but the passengers don't get any), and people handling the customer service aspect of busline are clueless.

My trip with Elite was unfortunately not good. Started out being delayed for 3 hours. And then delayed another 2 hours. Once the bus finally showed up, we got on board and there was a funky smell. When my wife and I walked closer to the back to find a seat the smell got worse. Realizing the smell was urine! It was unbearable, but we had no choice but to sit in that smell for 6 hours all the way to Zihuatanejo! We had to wear bandanas around our faces because the smell was so bad. Totally unacceptable! And the toilet seat was lying on the floor outside of the restroom. And the empty seats had garbage on them from the last people who sat there. I will try my best to never ever use Elite again!
