The bus that was supposed to pick us at Queen's vil never came. It was delayed by 1 hr and 15mins. We got to New York late and our connecting bus had left. We stayed back all night in the bus station till 7am. Presently we are just in Alabany.

The wifi on the bus wasn’t working and we waited for one person who was very late and on their way to the bus. It would also be helpful if the bus was being boarded at a terminus like port authority so that passengers can make use of lavatory and purchase food from there

The bus driver was excellent. We had snow and some traffic delays due to an accident ahead. He was skilled, professional, AND a good communicator, kept us informed.
