The driver was great and very sweet. However, the bus needed better ventilation. I'm not sure if someone used the restroom, someone was being impolite with their flatulence, or if a baby's diaper was changed (I heard a crying baby) but an awful smell invaded the entire bus about 30 minutes into my trip and there was nothing that I could do to make it go away.

If there was a way to give 0/5 stars I would do exactly so. Please do not go through the hassle of trying to catch a bus from this station. I purchased an 8:30 ticket from Tallahassee to Gainesville. I got to the location at 8:15 and they told me the bus had been delayed until “around 11:30”, so I chilled for a bit then came back at that time. The funniest part about that was when I tried calling in and asking the status of my bus at around 11pm they told me the bus had left. So I still decided to go to the station to see if this was true. I got to the station at 11:30 and was told the bus is there but they just can’t find a driver. There was ONE employee on site. ONE. She didn’t even know what to do. I then pleaded for a refund. Do not use this unprofessional and extremely unorganized stations services. There is no digital screen showing you delays, I assume this company just expect customers to wait at the location for hours. Pathetic company and horrible customer service, it felt like I was in an 80s movie.

My bus was over 3 hours late and I did not reach my destination until well after 2 am. We were given very little info and updates by staff about the status of our delayed bus and I honestly wasn’t even sure one was coming.
