Scott the driver was great. They was a delay because he had to get a switch the bus before he started. Then the accident on I 75 did not help. The interstate was closed and for 2 hrs we only went 7 miles. But at least there was a bathroom and he offered bottles of water if we wanted. So happy I took the bus sitting in that traffic all alone would have been miserable. Scott was entertaining and a great driver.

Beautiful, comfortable seats. But no WIFI available. I asked the driver what the connection network was...but that did not appear in the choices...the WIFI signal was not being sent.
Also, I expected to be able to plug my phone in to charge it, but that also was not available.

Smooth ride & pleasant driver. The only complaint I had was when the driver went to use the restroom @ the rest stop, she locked the passengers in the bus. I wouldn't care but the bus bathroom was gross!!

There is no Air Conditioner working in the bus that I took from Gainesville, FL to Tallahassee, FL and there is no light in the Washroom as well. That was the only problem I faced throughout the journey.

Disgusting bus, I feel disrespected as a human being for the conditions of this bus. VERY unsanitary and absolutely gross. I'm sure they could clean these busses with the money they make from each ticket. NEVER using greyhound buses ever again
Based on 5599 reviews, the company was rated 4.1 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the seats and the ticket access but often complained with the wifi. Amtrak ticket prices on this trip start at $161
