The first bus which I booked was 2 hours late! Thereafter, while waiting at the terminal I transferred to another bus that was headed to Philadelphia. The Philadelphia bus driver didn’t know where she was going and got lost along the way.

Our bus never showed up. The staff continuously provided false information. In the end I had no choice but to take an uber from Maryland to Philadelphia. Terrible service. Never again.
