The bus ride to NY was great, right on time.
The bus ride from NY was almos 2 hrs. delay because of an accident, I think that's what happened. But our driver changed route and was able to takes us back to Silver Spring late but safe.

The agent who checked us in at Silver Spring station was very nice and helpful. Our bus driver was quite rude to some of the passengers and continuesly honked and complained about the other drivers.

The problem with the trip was the ride from Baltimore to New York. The driver made a lot of short jerky stops. It was dark and raining and I had the sense that he was trying to make up for our delayed departure. I would have felt safer and less troubled if we had a smoother, even if longer drive. I have often used Peter Pan buses and have always enjoyed the ride.
