This was my best experience with viatac, and that is not saying much. But the stop in Puerto varas was on a gas station 1 km outside of town at the Freeway.
The bus service receives positive feedback for its comfortable and modern buses, friendly and helpful drivers, and punctuality. Customers appreciate the overall experience provided by the company.

Arrival into Puerto Varas was an hour late but this was due to Frontier delays. Sadly, my jacket disappeared during the trip, most likely stolen at one of the frontier stops - Be alert and do not leave anything on the bus.
The bus didn't have WiFi and drop off in Puerto Varas was on the street and chaotic.
