The bus was 35 minutes late to my pick up in Salmon Arm and was told the time difference would be made up on the travel to Vancouver and that the bus would arrive about 20 minutes late . The bus arrived to Vancouver 2 hours late . The person that was to pick me up was unable to stay for the 2 hours and pick me up in Surrey. I had to take a taxis back home which cost me $ 75

Overall it was a pretty good experience...worth the money to travel from Salmon Arm to Surrey. The seats are not very comfortable and there is no fold down tray to put a book on. Even so, I would use this service again...cheap and convenient.
