Flixbus Rome Budapest recent customer reviews
Busses and drivers etc were all good. What was disappointing was the long wait between busses for the various stages. Whilst I accepted this when I booked, I was very surprised and disappointed that there was no seating at the bus stop in Trieste. It was 9.00 pm drop off and just after midnight and very windy and cold where we had to wait three hours in what was basically a large shed. No shops or hotels were open so we couldn't buy food, drink or access to a toilet. Fortunately, I discovered a train station near the bus stop where we found some seating and shelter from the wind. We were lucky that the station hadn't closed down for the night however the toilet was locked up. The Bus companies should have advised when I booked the tickets. Again very disappointing and found it unbelievable that this would be okay.
Based on 1057 reviews, the company was rated 4.1 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the departure location and the value for money but often complained with the wifi. RegioJet ticket prices on this trip start at $68
