Bus arrives at the station at 9am, 25 minutes early! The friendly and very professional lady steward and the driver checked us out 10 minutes before departure time. We departed the station at the exact time and arrived in Budapest at the exact arrival time. During the journey the friendly lady steward named Ivana offered headsets, hot drinks to everyone! Her voice as she announced is gentle and kind. She also speaks very good English. Thanks so much RegioJet.

Bus was new and clean, bathroom was also clean. But the individually controlled air vents did not work, it reached 28 degrees at the back of the bus. There was no wifi, and the screens in each of the headrests did nothing except endlessly cycle on and off which was frustrating.

The platform number should be on the ticket, eg GG The stops should be announced to save confusion Also, passengers should be requested not to speak loudly as it is disrespectful to other passengers while travelling. The journey went well, good drivers! We are using Regiojet for our return trip!

The driver tried his best but there was an accident that delayed our bus so we missed our train connection. He was pretty stressed about it during the drive. I’m glad we were able to catch the next train without issue. It just made for an extra long day.
