No wifi. No phone chargers or outlets at all for a 12+ hour bus ride from Rio to Valadares. Advertised as being about a 10 hour bus ride.

The drivers were very safe, friendly, and professional. We arrived at our destination one hour later than scheduled, but safely. The restroom on the bus did not work and smelled very bad. There was no water to flush the toilet or wash my hands.
