Bus from Puerto Escondido to Mexico City: Tickets & Schedules

Everything was good except bus was late for 5hours.

Very uncomfortable chairs

The toilet stank like a sewer I nearly threw up and I was half way down the bus

Where do I even start. I am still sitting on this disgusting and dirty bus which was supposed to be 7:36pm - 7:51am (+1) from puerto Escondido to Mexico City. It was nearly three hours late and the journey has now taken nearly 16 hours and we’re still two hours away. The entire bus smells like human waste, and there’s pee and toilet water running up the bus aisles so all of my belongings are now covered with other people’s waste. We have stopped once in a 16 hour period, and there has been no toilet paper in the washrooms the entire trip so none of us women can use the washroom on board….. absolutely embarrassing that I’ve paid nearly $125 CAD to sit on this toilet with wheels. I will never, ever book a bus with this company again.

They were late to arrive and stopped off so many times, seemingly for no reason. The bus also arrived more than an hour later than the time given for the journey, which was already very long.

They sold more tickets than there were seats, so there were people laying down on the floor along the entire bus

The seats were comfy but they played a movie extremely loudly despite it being an over night bus

Still on bus 4 hours after arrival time

Unfortunately I arrived to the station 30 minutes early. There were 2 buses waiting so I went and asked someone who worked at ADO if the one bus was the correct one. They told me it was not my bus. I watched it leave and when I went to check when the bus was coming I was yelled at for missing the bus. They made me buy a completely new ticket.
