The parada de camioneta at Calle Antonio Solís 147 is only for camionetas to Cuernavaca, not to Queretaro. So, I had to pay a taxi 500 pesos to bring me to Autobuses del Norte and buy a ticket to Querétaro for 495 pesos.
Please be kind to pay me the abovementioned costs.

We booked a luxury bus with bathroom . Picked our seats and everything . What showed up was a van with no assigned seats and no bathroom and we were dropped at the side if the freeway and told call a taxi . Not what I signed up for . But we got here safely and drover was friendly god the most part

The Senda experience was shocking. Me and my son arrived 1,5 hours prior to the bus. By the time of the bus we knew everything around and were first in line. The bus driver ignored me and started to check other passengers who were behind me. He didn’t say anything and kept ignoring my hand with tickets. I was observing what he is doing to see if there is a reason or logic he wouldn’t check me in. Finely I stretched my hand again and asked why not me. He said I m not Latina! I said but I was first and equal. He started to say something else but the next man in line let me in. So the driver excepted the ticket and checked us in. The bus was late mote then 30 mins and when it stopped the driver didn’t announce it was our stop. New people came in. And I asked if it is the stop we need. So they confirmed and we left. I never experienced anything like that before in Mexico or anywhere else. I do expect the official apology front he company.
