Arrived at Ex Terminal in Potosi for bus; had to go upstairs to their office to exchange ticket. Bus arrived 30 mins late but there was a lady there from 11 de Julio to make sure we got on the right one. Bus was totally fine and we got into the new terminal at Uyuni about 20 mins later than expected so made up a bit of time. Bus was comfy enough and nothing to complain about. Would use again!

It was a relatively comfortable and modern bus with seatbelts. The driving was pretty safe and we arrived slightly early to Uyuni. No toilet on the bus however and no break in the 4 hour journey. Baggage storage was quite informal.

We arrived at the Potosi station to be told the bus wasn't running because it had no fuel. We were shuffled onto a Diana tours bus.

Our bus was cancelled and the next option was to go at 20PM with a different company. The seats were super uncomfortable, the bus left and arrived late and there were people sitting in the middle aisle in plastic chairs. The guy sitting next to me decided he would share my seat and spent the journey asleep with his face next to mine, leaning on my shoulder and bumping my head. To top it all off he was ill so kept coughing in my face…
