The location pin to find the bus was completely incorrect. They allowed strangers on the bus to join the journey. They allowed strangers on the bus to beg. They allowed dogs on the bus. A child was flashing a flashlight in my face for the entire first half of the trip, and was put on the ground to sleep because they didnt have a seat. People were watching videos on their phones without headphones. The bus was very smelly and the floor was very dirty. The power outlets didnt work for the first few hours. There was no wifi.
