The bus was on time because they did only one stop, 15mn, at 3:30am. It means there was no possibility of going to clean toilets from 6:45pm to 3:30am (8 hours), or to eat etc. Even the break was not enough time to both go to the bathroom and eat something. The smell in the bus was really bad during the journey. The staff wasn't welcoming, they didn't say a word during the trip, nor hello or goodbye. I won't recommend this compagny at all and I it's not normal that for an 13 hours trip there was only one stop a 3:30 in the night.
