Both buses were completely packed with no space to move, one of the two outlets to charge the phone was broken, and one of the staffers had an attitude issue at the las Vegas station when I asked her which line was for the salt lake City bus... She claims u need to be here an hour earlier and that I just got here, in which she was lieing cuz I was there for 50 minutes before my salt lake City bus since it was a transfer and I saw here there at the station when I got off my first bus, she was rude to me and other passengers that also was asking questions.. and vendor prices are ridiculous, extremely ridiculous
