Very disappointed with ETM. Tv screens didn't work. Not even the big ones. When I asked about them I was told not to complain as they never work... No food served on this long journey. Only biscuit and black sweet coffee for breakfast... Really?...
The only thing good about it is that seats where good and bus was on time.
I'll never use them again. And I'll be writing posts online to advise to avoid.
Horrible service for this price. We had better service and food served on short journeys with other companies.
