My trip with Ahumada Internacional was one of the best bus trips I have taken anywhere in the world! The staff was so kind and thoughtful, went out of their way to make sure I knew what was going on (Spanish is not my first language), and the bus itself was quite comfortable. Absolutely will use Ahumada Internacional again.

The staff member wrote 63 A75 700 on my ticket and pointed to 63. What he actually meant was that I should look at all the buses arriving ranging from lanes 63 to 75. This was not made clear to me and I therefore missed my bus.

The bus was freezing cold all night. I only had a sleeveless dress on people around me also complained bus was very cold. Two hours before arriving spoke to staff they warmed up the bus a little bit. Why was the bus cold? Why was the bus not warm? Very unhappy actually now I am sneezing from my horrible freezing trip.

We enjoyed the scenery... crossing the Andes was a bucket list item. The drivers were very professional, friendly and helpful, however the seats are very uncomfortable and passed their useful life. I'm could not get my seat to stay reclined, every bump would cause my seat to want to go back to the upright position. Made for an exhausting 20 hour trip. There is not enough legroom, my spouse is 6 feet tall, and when the seats in front of us recline, the seat back hit my spouse's knees, and made the cupholder unusable. Would not recommend for any length of trip.

Bus was almost 3 hours late. A window broke on the journey, and we had to travel through the night with a damaged bus. Couldn't sleep. Because of the lateness, I missed a very important meeting
