I liked that the drivers were very courteous, and the bus left NY right on time. I didn’t like that the AC vent on my seat didn’t close completely, so I felt a bit chill because the air was too cold.

The bus was stinking with the stench of the toilet. The bus was very dirty. My assigned seat was changed and I was randomly made to sit anywhere. It was very disappointing and one of the worst bus rides I have ever taken

This experience is as horrible I was on a disgusting not cleaned bused. They boarded us right after clearing a full bus without cleaning trash and throw up on chairs from previous trip. Loud mouth children did not help and the drivers attitude was unnecessary!
