They oversold the bus by 7 people. Then called the cops to enforce their policy. I was frightened and furious. Worst travel experience I’ve had in my entire life and I was assaulted on a train in Italy. At least in Italy when the train was oversold with thugs they still let me board. I cannot overstate how negative this experience was for me.

The drivers are the best part. Both going and coming, the drivers seemed highly competent and couldn't have been nicer. I don't enjoy waiting outdoors for buses. The Walnut and Schuylkill stop is very convenient for me, but weather makes it unpleasant a lot.

Driver was polite and informative, seats were comfortable, large legroom with leg rest, there were USB chargers, clean toilet, bus was on time, left from the center of the city and took me right in the center of the city so very convenient.

Flixbus driver was a bad driver (jerky driving) and also had horrible manners. Despite that bus was less than half full and my seat was broken, he told me that I MUST use seat that was assigned to me by Flixbus. I even did not know I had assigned seat as my ticket said nofthing about that. So I had an awful ride with a broken seat, while half o the bus was empty.

Very poor experience, poor customer service with little communication of any relevance. Only that bus was delayed but no sense of how long. Yet we waited since 7.45am for 8.45?departure and still waiting til 10.40 with no details. One staff member was smart enough to fill 10am spot of customers who were no shows. Hes the only staff member who took initiative. Info desk and office act like robots and unhelpful and not solution focussed.
