The ride itself was quite for the most part but the driver was very rude and late

My total trip hours was 10 hrs instead of 5 hrs , the reason behind that was that I wasn’t inform of a bus switch no one told me and on the second stop that I have to switch the bus so I stayed on the bus for the third stop and when I asked the driver when r we arriving to Syracuse because it was behind schedule he told me that this bus is not going to Syracuse it’s going to Rochester then I showed him my trip ticket and asked him to show me where it says bus switch he replied by I don’t see it after that I had to take another bus to go back to Binghamton to take the bus to Syracuse and I waited 2&1/2 hrs for the next bus I asked the lady @ the ticketing desk about the bus switch if it’s on the ticket and she explained it to me which wasn’t obvious and some one has to tell me about the switch because not everyone is an expert on bus traveling over all it was a bad experience and I paid extra money to arrive fast but the opposite happens unfortunately time and money wasted
