I missed my bus because the kiosks weren't working and the lines were so long. I am furious with Greyhound, will never use the service again, and will tell everyone I know not to use the service. The staff themselves were fine, but they were completely overburdened because the company evidently doesn't care at all about people actually getting to use the tickets they pay for.

We arrived 15 minutes early to get our bus, and when we arrived at the station, other customers told us, that the first bus that was supposed to go to new heaven didnt arrive. After waiting another 2(!!!) hours we decided to take another bus company.
