I was quite surprised of the efficiency of the bus service considering it was my first time. In light of the pandemic though I did expect less passengers for this 7 hour trip. The bus was filled to capacity and social distancing was impossible. Moreover, at the last leg of our trip we were asked to unboard the bus and transfer to another. At that juncture, staff in Rochester asked to check the tix of all passengers hence causing a delay in arrival. This change in service was not previously announced.
