Greyhound Montpelier Montreal recent customer reviews
Our bus trip TO Montreal was perfect. All of the bus drivers were very polite and professional. And both buses were very clean and comfortable. However, the return trip to Montpelier was a fiasco. We were stuck at the Montreal bus terminal for 8 hours. With no answers or information as to what was going on. All we knew was that we were bumped from our 10:45 bus. Barely made it onto the 4:15 bus. This bus driver was also very polite and professional. He seemed to be caught in the middle of it all just as much as we his passengers were. We had to find arrangements to be picked up-last minute- from the Burlington airport instead of Montpelier. As we were informed AT the Burlington airport that there was not going to be any stopping in Montpelier that night. Answers as to what was actually going on would have been greatly appreciated. If we had been informed that we had the rest of the day before the next bus arrived we could have gone out to lunch and seen some more of the city. Instead of being stuck in the bus terminal all day.

We were told there would be a 10 minute layover in Burlington, it was actually 40 minutes. No explanation was given and we had to rush to get a snack unnecessarily. We could have bought a decent lunch had we been given accurate information!
