Bus left 15 minutes early from Melbourne knowing I had not yet arrived. Agent said she called everyone but did not call me, then proceeded to be belligerent when I showed her no call came from her, an argument ensued and I was kicked out without my ticket. Was driven to Ft Pierce by a friend , where office was closed but driver let me on to West Palm Beach, where I could get my ticket. When arrived in West Palm Beach, office closed and driver informed me that I was getting kicked off bus. I had to make my own way to Ft Lauderdale. I paid almost $40 for the ticket and had my Easter Sunday ruined by drivers leaving early knowing passengers were coming, incompetent and rude staff and closed offices. I got home after midnight.
