I didn’t understand why the bus got there more than 30 minutes late

If you're looking for safe and affordable transportation, Greyhound is a great choice.

The Naples pickup spot is dirty and gross. People are friendly and helpful both on board and at FL station. But the facilities are dirty. Buses are clean though so that’s a plus! Will def ride again.

My experience was superb from start to finish. The Greyhound App was easy to load, establish an account ,book my trip & utilize both eTicketing and the “ Track my bus” features. Our driver was both efficient & pleasant, and provided a safe and smooth trip. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Overall, I was highly impressed & would recommend this route to everyone.

The driver refused yo take me on yhe bus. I contacted greyhound and they said that my ticket is not refundable. I just spoke with better business Bureau and they will deal with this situation and in the main time my bank will despute the transaction. I got in trouble Because i coudnt go to work today. I Can't believe that and i find it completely unacceptable to offer a service that I,never received and than still pay for it
